REGULAR AND LONG-TERM VISAS
For the citizens of the countries, which are not eligible for E-Visa, the organizers recommend to apply for tourist visas.
Tourist Visa
Invitation letter may be issued by the hotel. Please, see Hotel Booking Form for more details. The hotel issues invitation letter for TOURIST visa. Tourist visa is generally less expensive and takes less time to get issued.
ATTENTION: Please, take note, that in your visa application the purpose of the trip should be stated as "tourism". This is single entry visa.
Business Visa
It only does make sense to apply for business visa, if you plan to come to Russia more than once in the course of the year. It takes more than one month to get business visa issued and it is significantly more expensive. Invitation letter for business visa is issued by the organizers. This is multiple entry visa.
ATTENTION: if you decide to apply for business visa, please, be advised, that we recommend that you contact us in the range of 3 to 2 months prior to the departure to secure your business visa.
